The SunGard Higher Education Middle East Users Group (SMEUG) 2011 meeting will be held on 12-14 December at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai, UAE.  This year's theme—Building a World of Opportunity— promises to showcase the outstanding achievements being made in the region and provide inspiration and guidance to help institutions achieve their strategic goals.

We invite you to submit a presentation proposal to the program committee.  Presentation tracks for SMEUG 2011 will include:

Advancement & Outreach
Business Affairs (Human Resources & Finance)
Business Intelligence
General/Special Interest
Information Technology (Technical)
PowerCAMPUS
Relationships & Communication
Student Services & Enrollment Management
Teaching & Learning

Please email your submission form to emea.marketing@sungardhe.com by 2 October 2011 and keep the following guidelines in mind:

Presentation slots are 45 minutes

• With this in mind, please plan to compile enough material to fill the allotted time
• It is preferable to have too much material to cover rather than too little
• Your audience will be disappointed if your session ends too far ahead of schedule
• If your session involves several presenters, plan to divide the time equally unless your co-presenters have arranged otherwise
• Since SMEUG is a paperless conference, handouts should be avoided
